How This All Works
To succeed in business, and keep your heart, you need three things:
- Know-how. Business isn't rocket science, and yet you gotta know how business works to make it work. While marketing, workflow administration, sales, and systems all have room for creativity, there are things that work and things that don't. It's far better for your heart and your business to know what actually works.
- Clarity. With clarity, decision-making becomes obvious. In the absence of true clarity, most people fake clarity, charging forward through the mist, or staying frozen in place, afraid to move. Coaching helps you to find clarity in your heart and in your business decisions.
- Spiritual Alignment. Integrity, passion, certainty, strength, confidence, everything that's important about who you are, is renewed and reinforced through spiritual alignment. If you can live in spiritual alignment, even the most challenging business situations won't deplete you, or force you to make decisions or take actions that you'll regret later.
