Bonus - A Solution to Overwhelm Class

The actual CDs will be shipped to with the book, but, if you are little impatient to begin, you can start by streaming or downloading the mp3s here.

To listen to the track right now, called 'streaming', simply click the link. Most computers released in the last several years will automatically start to play the file for you.

To download the track to your desktop, and then play it, then either right-click (for PCs) or option-click (for Mac), and the file should download right to your desktop. Once it's finished downloading, you can play it whenever you like, load it onto an mp3 player, even burn it to a CD and take it with you.

If you have a dial-up connection, do not stream the audio. It will be too frustrating for you. You can either download one track at a time, maybe going and doing something else while it's downloading. Or simply wait to receive the CDs with the rest of the package in the mail.
