There are four steps to a healthy relationship with money.
- Inventory: An honest look at where you are now, without shame.
- Understanding: There are some basic rules to how abundance flows. If you understand them, it all makes sense.
- Safety: When you feel safe, it's possible to feel generous, grateful, and open.
- Asking from true need: Mostly when we ask for help, we're either trying to control what the help looks like, or we're not open to receiving it. When you are in true need, your asking is sincere, and you get a response.

How the change finally happened.
A few years ago, after what felt like the millionth time through the money-panic spin cycle, I decided that enough was enough: it was time to learn about money! Slowly, step-by-step, I read books, received healings, went into deep prayer and meditation, and talked to people who made money.
