- How attracting clients really works. Most people misunderstand what marketing is and what it is for. This insight will completely transform how you approach your marketing, and your business, into a much healthier and more abundant form.
- Why you don't talk about you and what you do, and what to talk about instead. Most people understandably get stagefright with marketing, because they don't know how to talk about themselves, or don't want to seem pompous. Great! You aren't supposed to talk about yourself. I'll show you what to talk about instead.
- Keys to a successful "tag line" or "elevator speech". There are a couple of critical ingredients you need in order for your tagline to answer the question "So, what do you do?" effectively, in a way that opens up conversation, and invites a closer connection.
- Understanding who you are talking to, and what is the most appropriate approach. This insight alone will save you hours of struggle, and help you avoid the "glazed-eye" syndrom when you are talking with potential customers.
- How to move forward into the future, without leaving potential clients behind. How many times have you met someone who was potentially interested in what you offer, but then they faded away, never to be seen again? I will share some of the secrets of maintaining relationships with folks like that, until they are ready to become your client.
