So many clients have come to me over the years with the idea that they want to start a healing center with other practitioners working for them, or they want to build a big team and “scale.”
I always push back against these dreams, not because they aren’t sometimes the exact path someone should take. I push back because these dreams are sometimes built on assumptions and misunderstandings about what a successful business can look like, or needs to be.
