Shared resources

Today I want to share some resources with you.

The first is a report that my friend Ericka Hines and her team has been working tirelessly on for months. It’s in-depth research titled Black Womxn Thrive, and I think all of us should read through it. Whether you’re solo or part of a larger organization, this report gives us clarity, information and guidance for action.

So, take a look, and share it with folks you know.

The second resource I want to share is Business Laid Bare’s founder Veronica Yanhs and her podcast. We recently hired Veronica to present to our Learning Community on the topic of heart-centered tech stacks, meaning the tech you use that makes the business work.

Our community LOVED her down-to-earth, practical and ethical recommendations on what to use and why. Her podcast, and business in general, is deeply supportive of all of us running smaller to slightly larger businesses, who need the tech to work without overwhelming us.

You can find her podcast, The Business Whip, here.

The third item is me… Recently, George Kao interviewed me on what it takes to have a healthy relationship with your business. Here’s the Facebook post where his shared it.

And it’s also on YouTube.

I hope these help keep you nourished in beautiful and abundant ways.

With love,

As I talked about on George’s interview above, one of the biggest obstacles to having a healthy business is the justifiably painful relationship most people have with business. How can you even see your business clearly, what it needs, and what to do next, much less learn something new and implement it, if you’re struggling with the idea of business itself?

I don’t mean struggling like it’s not understandable, although that can also be true. I mean that most of the examples of business out in the world are painful, unethical, wrong… and you don’t want to do that.

This course will not ask you to “get over” your feelings. Instead, it will support you in being in your heart, and understanding business in a very different way, as well as giving you a practical roadmap on what your particular business needs now, and how to develop it.
